Could it be that he was hungry and decided to help himself or he's just trying to romance the poor people ahead of campaigns for the 2019 general elections?

Niger State Governor, Abubakar Sani Bello was captured on camera having lunch at a local restaurant in Minna, the state capital, to the delight of many around.

This is coming few days after Hon. Patrick Obahiagbon was spotted eating a loaf of bread by the road side in Edo state.
